Public Bank Service Sucks!

I applied debit card online but I waiting for long time it still haven't got the card yet.I sent a complaint to their mail but the crew called me after a week after.She said the post office must be lost photostat of my IC cos I sent it to Public Bank's HQ using their services and they not yet receive it.

So I just went to my nearest branch applied for it cos I don't want thing like this happening again.After the apply process,the crew said I'll receive it in 2 weeks.But yet,I still haven't receive it after 3 weeks.

I sent my second complaint letter to them.Again,it took about a week until someone answered my mail.The crew said my debit card was completed but require 1 week to deliver but it only send it to the branch for self-collection.I was like fucked up!What a poor service it could be!

I was really unsatisfied with they services.The speed was slow.It took me 2 month now but haven't got my card yet.I really hope that it will really deliver this time.

Here is it,my unhappy experience with public bank.And please,faster done it for me.
